The Law Firm of MOLLY D. MCKAY, P.C. is a professional corporation dedicated to serving its clients' intellectual property needs, both here in the United States and Internationally. The firm represents clients from all across the United States and clients residing in several foreign countries. The practice is devoted exclusively to domestic and international intellectual property law. Intellectual property law includes primarily patents, trademarks, and copyrights, but also includes trade secrets, unfair competition and related licensing. The firm was established in September 1994.
